Admissions are open for classes Pre-KG to XII for the academic year. Bharathi Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School follows a structured admission process based on age criteria and availability of seats. Application forms can be obtained from the school office or through the official website.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DURING ADMISSION

  • Admission form duly filled in and signed by the parent with all particulars called for therein fully and correctly furnished.
  • Conduct certificate issued by the previous institution wherever applicable and required.
  • A Photostat copy of the Birth Certificate in support of the date of birth mentioned in the admission form for the pupils of Pre KG. Original Birth Certificate for verification.
  • A Photostat copy of the mark sheet in the case of pupils seeking admission to class XI.
  • A student passing the secondary or an equivalent examination of a recognized Board or University will have to produce Migration Certificate in addition to mark sheet for admission into Class XI.
  • Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by appropriate authorities for new entrants from Class I should be produced positively on or before 15th June, failing which admission will be cancelled automatically.
  • Copy of Parent's Aadhar Card; Copy Of Student's Aadhar Card
  • 3 stamp size photos (Father, Mother & Student)
  • Student's Community Certificate
  • Copy of Parent's ID Card issued by their work place.

STANDARD ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Parents may contact the Director/Principal in November for admission to Pre KG, LKG, UKG, and Classes I to IX.

  • Admission to Class XI is open only to candidates who have successfully passed the Class X examination conducted by the CBSE Board or its equivalent. Applicants must appear in person, before the Director, for an interview with their marks within 24 hours of the publication of the All India Secondary Examination results. Candidates wishing to apply may also submit their applications to the Director from January.
  • Applicants must have completed the All India Secondary School Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, in English medium. Admission will be granted on merit, based on marks obtained in this examination.
  • Selected candidates are required to submit the necessary documents as specified and pay the first term fees for admission to Classes to KG to IX and XI. Failure to pay fees by the prescribed date will result in the seat, having been offered to another.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Selected pupils should produce the documents required (TC etc.,) as stated herein after and pay the fees for the first term in respect of admission to Classes I to XI. Failure to pay the fees by the date prescribed above will result in the candidate forfeiting his/her seat which may then be allotted to any other candidate, without any notice.
